1.Hydraulic System：

  • ♦ Full hydraulic power drive for all crane functions: hoisting, luffing, boom telescoping, slewing, and outrigger vertical/horizontal travel.
  • ♦ High-pressure oil delivered from hydraulic pump is distributed through control valves to corresponding hydraulic motors and cylinders to execute all lifting movements.
  • ♦ Pilot-operated check valves integrated in lower valve bank lock pressure inside rod-side chambers of horizontal outrigger cylinders, preventing accidental outrigger extension during transit and safeguarding driving safety.

  • ♦ The control valve assembly adopts stackable directional control valves, split into upper control valve bank and lower control valve bank.
    • ♦ Upper valve bank: Consists of 4 monoblock directional valves + 1 relief valve
    • ♦ Lower valve bank: Consists of 1 monoblock directional valve, 4 monoblock selector valves + 1 relief valve
  • ♦ Upper control valve independently controls 4 crane movements: hoisting, luffing, boom extension/retraction, and slewing
