--- Inner and outer skins are constructed of high-quality fiberglass reinforced plastic (FRP) or pre-coated aluminum panels, offering exceptional corrosion, rust, and weather resistance.

--- The core material is fluorine-free, environmentally friendly, low-K (low thermal conductivity) polyurethane foam, injected through high-pressure foaming to achieve uniform density and excellent thermal insulation.

This HOWO M7 10‑ton freezer van is fitted with a self‑contained refrigeration unit, which operates independently of the truck’s main engine. It maintains consistent cooling even when the vehicle is idling, stopped for loading‑unloading, or parked for extended periods, effectively preventing cold‑chain breakage.

 

 

 

 

The unit runs on a closed refrigerant circulation loop. Its built‑in auxiliary diesel engine drives the compressor, compressing low‑pressure, low‑temperature refrigerant gas into high‑pressure, high‑temperature gas. The hot gas flows to the condenser to dissipate heat out of the cargo box. After passing through the filter‑drier and expansion valve, the refrigerant enters the evaporator inside the van, where it absorbs heat and rapidly lowers the box temperature. The vaporized refrigerant then returns to the compressor to start the next cooling cycle.

 

 

Beyond basic cooling performance, this self‑powered system delivers continuous temperature control, fast cool‑down and reliable heat preservation. It keeps frozen food, fresh produce, pharmaceuticals and other temperature‑sensitive cargo at ideal conditions throughout the whole transit, no matter how complex the transport conditions are.
